Lucas started in the trades as a carpenter more than two decades ago. In 2004, he moved into plumbing, serving as an apprentice for a well-respected plumbing company in Slinger, Wisconsin. He started C&V Plumbing in 2018 and found his carpentry background gave him a unique skill set to offer to his clients.

When Lucas started C&V Plumbing, his goal was to not only instill confidence in his customers by providing exceptional workmanship at a fair price, but to take it one step further and cultivate relationships with his customers. Family has always been the top priority for Lucas, making it his mission to make his customers feel like family at C&V, too. That strong sense of family and community led him to name the company after his two daughters, Charlotte & Vivian. Lucas hopes his girls will someday follow in their dad's footsteps, continuing the legacy of treating each customer as part of the family.
