In 2023, Luke joined the NARI Milwaukee Foundation Board, furthering his commitment to giving back to the community and supporting the next generation of skilled trades professionals. Building on that dedication, Luke was officially inducted as a Board Member of PHCC–WI (Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Wisconsin) in 2025. PHCC–WI is a leading advocate for professionalism within the plumbing and HVAC industries, championing licensing, regulations, industry standards, codes, and public health initiatives throughout Wisconsin.

Luke is honored to serve alongside industry leaders and is excited to contribute his expertise to help strengthen the trades, support workforce development, and ensure future professionals are equipped for long-term success.

From the beginning, Lucas’s mission with C&V Plumbing has been to build trust through exceptional workmanship at a fair price. But he goes beyond that—he’s dedicated to cultivating genuine relationships with his clients.

Family is a core value for Lucas, and he’s extended this to his business, aiming to make each customer feel like part of the C&V family. The company’s name, C&V, is a tribute to his daughters, Charlotte and Vivian. Lucas hopes that one day his daughters will carry forward this legacy, continuing to treat each customer as family.
